At least that’s our theory. She’ll listen to one customer's needs and find them the perfect furniture, then before you can say "lickety-split," she’s made another customer’s problem disappear before they even see it.

No wonder Kate’s favorite time of day is bedtime. Who wouldn’t be exhausted after all that lightning-speed customer care?
